Hiro stretched and yawned, and rose from his desk in the hokage's office and walked out side to see how cold it was,"...winter's comming."

"No really...? I thought spring was." a female voice said sarcastically from behind him. Hisa was leaning against a wall, arms crossed over her chest with a smirk on her face. "No offence Hokage-sama." she winked. He was the only one she really got along with.

Hiro chuckled and grinned darkly and flicked a finger at her, making a spark jump from the wall to her,"None taken Hisa-san,"He said and laughed.

Hisa didn't really flinch at the spark. She knew the Hokage wouldn't hurt one of his people. She sighed. "So, what's on the agenda today?" she questioned.

Hiro sighed and thought for a moment,"We need more potentail allies. War Is starting and we are woefully short on Warriors. Hisa-san. I need you to scout for any and all ninja that want to join up with us. start with the independant Nin in the village and work your way out."

Hisa nodded. "Right then." she said and started to walk off calmly.

Hiro tilts his head to one side as if listening to something and adds,"Tell the people in the Ichiraku-Uzumaki ramen stand that they are welcome to see me."He yells after her.

Hisa stopped and turned. "Wait, say what??"

The hokage smiled,"I know when other ninja's enter my village."He said laughing,"Now shoo."He said.

Hisa sighed and nodded. "Right right..." she said and walked off.

"Well Nat we've finally made it to Konoha. It's pretty nice looking compared to Mist huh?" Twilight asked her smaller companion.

"I suppose so onee-sama." Natalia replied softly as she drew closer to Twilight at the thought of meeting new people.

Twilight laughed huskily and grabbed her wrist. "Let's go see our new home up close and meet the Hokage so we can become shinobi Nat." She said.

Natalia nodded and allowed her to drag her into the village. "Wow Nat. It's so big and pretty. There are tons of trees for us to climb on." Twilight said in awe as she walked into the village. Her hazel eyes gleamed happily while Natalia's sapphires darted around nervously.

Rye strolled into the village, the slight breeze making his bandages wip around. Hopefully this village will suit my goals better than the last... With a shrug he continued forward, looking for a food stand to quench his hunger and thirst from the long journey.

Twilight bumped into him since Natalia was crowding against her. "I'm so sorry about that." She said cheerfully with a grin. 

Rye turned his covered face towards her and grinned. "Not a problem eh." Seeing a food shop, he nodded to the two and walked towards the shop, taking out his money bag.

Twilight smiled when she heard Natalia's stomach growl. "Are you hungry?" She asked the red head. Natalia nodded and they followed Rye into the food shop though they didn't sit with him or near him really.

The food shop owner smiled cheerfully and bowed,"Welcome to Ichiraku-Uzumaki Ramen shop, what can i get for you?"She asked.

"I'd like a fried pork ramen with extra pork." Twilight replied. "I'd like a roast chicken ramen please." Natalia mumbled shyly.

Rye sits down in his spot, arranging his cloak slightly. "I would like some plain ramen please, If you would be so kind," he said in a quiet voice.

The woman smiled charmingly and nodded,"Sure thing One fried pork, one raost chiken and a plain ramen!"

"Who's the leader here Twilight-sama?" Natalia whispered. Twilight shrugged. "I dunno. This is hi no kuni so it's probably the Hokage." She whispered back.

Hisa walked in and really did realise that there were people outside the village in here. She chuckled and shook her head, sitting down next to Rye. She looked at them. "I can tell you all must be new... you should go see the Hokage, or at least that is what he says. Go give him a visit." she said.

Twilight nodded as she and Natalia finished their meal, paid, and left to go find the current Hokage. "Is the Hokage nice?" Natalia asked. "I don't know Nat. We'll just find out now won't we?" Twilight replied as she walked into Hokage Tower and she and Natalia started jumping up toward the top of the tower.

Rye raised his eyebrow at the two that just left. "I wonder if they plan on eating the ramen they ordered...? Hmph, all well i guess." He shook his head and waited patiently for his ramen.

Hisa sighed. "What a waste of perfectly good ramen..." she said, shaking her head. She ordered a roasted chicken ramen herself.

The waitress smiled,"Heres your ramen sir!"She said placing Rye's ramen in front of him."Oe moment Miss."she said to Hisa.

Rye thanked the waitress and started chowing down, careful of the hot ramen and not spilling it.

Hisa nodded slightly and leaned back her chair. Her posture showed that she could be overconfident, or just cocky.

Eating his ramen, Rye remained silent, thinking to himself. What strange people are in this village. I hope the hogake isn't as hairbrained as some others...

Hiro grinned and waited paitently for the new nins to arrive.

Twilight opened the door to Hiro's office and raised an eyebrow. "I expected someone much different. My name is Twilight DeLucca and this is Natalia. We're here to become Leaf ninja." She said.

He arched an eyebrow and said,"You two? Ninja? Heh."He took in their attire and chuckled softly to himself,"Perhaps..."

"We're from Mist village Hokage-san. We're already ninja. We're just asking permission to become Leaf ninja. We don't need to become ninja. We just need a home village." Twilight retorted as Natalia hid behind Twilight's long hair.

He frowned slightly and focused his Gaze upon the younger girl,"So what of it hmmm? Do you want to live here? Or dose something else drive you two?"He asked her.

Twilight stiffened. "I don't see how that's any of your business? We just want to become Leaf ninja. We're S-rank in Mist. Natalia thinks she has to devote her life to me but I take care of her because I found her when she was a young child. But I'll give you an answer. We want to be free." She replied.

Hiro suddenly loked away as if with sudden pain and muttered,"Freedom s never free."Continuing as if noting had happened,"Be that as it may...I cannot allow entrace or ninjahood to either of you until i am sure of your motive, Think carefully now."

Twilight smiled mirthlessly. "I know that all too well. I have seen and done things as a Mist shinobi that no shinobi should ever see or do. But you may test us as you see fit if that's what it takes to become a Konoha shinobi. I will warn you though. If you hurt Nat in any way, I will kill you." She said blankly.

He blinked but did not react in anyother way,"Very well, Meet me at the 7th traning grounds, If you need directions ask to be pointed towards the memorial. Your test will commence there."

Twilight bowed. "Yes Hokage-sama." She said with respect, something she rarely gave to another. the

A boy with ice blue respectfully waited at the enterance of the office for his turn to see the Hokage. The mist ninja had arrived just before he had, so therefore he would respect the natural order of first come first serve.

Hiro Eyed them till they left and then called out,"Next!"He chuckled to himself.

Takato strode in head held high. He stopped about six feet from the desk and gave a respectful bow. "Good morning lord Hokage. I am Takato Nakini, transfer from Chisiogakure. I was told to meet with you first thing to have my papers cleared and to thank you for overiding the centuries old landlock on my village and allowing me to come here." He straightened back up and and directed his attention to the space slightly above the Hokage's head, as was the militeristic fashion he was brough up by.

Hiro looked around at the papers and quickly picked one up from his desk,"Ah yes, Nakini-san. Yes you were approved for your rather sizeable reputation. I wold know what you are capable of, Meet me at the 7th training grounds for assessment, unless you have objections; Nakini-san?"

The boy saluted. "Yes sir. By the way, Takato is fine sir." He bowed and exited heading straight for the training ground. "Maybe i can use more formal language next time." He thought to himself.

[A few hours later. 7th training grounds]
The hokage and two other ANBU ninja wait for the Others to arrive.

"Lord Hokage, are you sure this is wise? why not let myself and my partner test them?"He asked, He was wearing a fox mask and his partner in the dog mask nodded as well, but said nothing.

Hiro shook his head,"No no, thats allright Haruno-san, Hatake-san. I wish to do this myself. Please retreat out of sight."He said, removing hs large hokage hat.

Takato dropped from the tree he had been resting in. "Lord Hokage, do you not trust the transfers?" He walked foward gave a small bow then took a more casual stance, noting the areas where the anbu had vanished into the treeline.

He frowned,"No, I dont. But we need every Warrior we can get Takato-san."Hiro said.

Takato sighed as he waited for the others to arrive. He only wanted to get a turn at the Hokage, he wanted to know the strength of the Senju clan decendants.

Hiro suddenly smiled and beckoned to Takato,"Someting more to say or ask?"

Takato cocked an eyebrow. "Who is the strongest clan in the Leaf?" He asked flat out.
